SWISSTECH CONVENTION CENTER
LAUSANNE - SWITZERLAND
After the two first meetings “Dual Mobility Cup and its Practice” in 2019 and 2022 dedicated to current concepts and advanced clinical experience with dual mobility cups, the 2023 edition of the Lausanne Hip Day emphases the Shortened Femoral Stem.
“Short but efficient” will be held on Friday, June 9 at the SwissTech Convention Center in Lausanne – Switzerland. The scientific program will be focused on lectures given by distinguished international speakers and open abstract presentations. Sessions explore the current developments of shortened femoral stems from anatomical basis and design to fixation, and their use in daily practice from surgical techniques to clinical results, not only in primary but also in revision THA.
“Short but efficient”, the Lausanne Hip Day welcomes you warmly to join and debate with the international faculty from Europe, North and South America, Australia, Asia and Africa. Shortened femoral stems are growing in use worldwide to become regular in practice and therefore deserve your participation to share experience and develop our common knowledge in this renewal of hip arthroplasty standards.
Abstract submission will be opened from Monday, January 9 2023 to Sunday, April 30 2023 on this site.
It is time to join for a unique day of debates to consolidate knowledge on shortened femoral stems with colleagues from all around the world!
